Smartphone maker Apple has confirmed that the new iPhones Xs and Xs Max will be available in South Africa from September 28.
This is after Apple Inc introduced its largest-ever iPhone and a watch on Wednesday in a bid to strengthen its spot in the premium smartphone market, stating that the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max are the most advanced iPhones yet.
The 5.8-inch iPhone Xs and 6.5-inch iPhone Xs Max both have Super Retina displays, a faster and improved dual camera system, the first 7-nanometer chip in a smartphone, the A12 Bionic chip with next-generation Neural Engine faster Face ID, and a Dual SIM has also been introduced to the iPhone. They are pronounced “iPhone 10 S” and will be available in gold, silver, and dark gray. The recommended retail price for South Africa has not been announced yet.
